VAT- Tax

Product Prices shown are With and Without VAT (Tax) .

Our tax Ratio is 21%, EU countries paying Vat inclusive Prices. Customers abroad ( Outside EU ) are not subject to VAT Tax.
When you are registered, and logged in, you will see the prices based on your Destination country (Shipping based).

Companies in EU (except Belgium) can register and send us an email with their valid Vat ID and we will provide exempted account login after verification.

Delivery :

We ship from our Shop in Waterloo, Belgium.

Orders placed before 12am will be shipped the same day. Orders subject to 72H will be ordered from our supplier and shipped within 1-3 days (unless supplier delays occur).

If you find a certain shipping cost does not look correct, please advise us. We will definitely re-check it and let you know.

Note: when ordering small item, example 5 eur, shipping cost can be much higher. small package cost relatively a lot compared to the cost of product!

Free shipping is available for the limited destinations. The system will automatically waive the shipping costs.

Free shipping (ex Fuel) is Available in certain European zones.

We offer free shipping over certain order Value (is EX vat, so 250 eur is approx 305 eur)

Belgium: Order value > €120

France, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg : Order value > €150

Austria, Denmark: Order value > €200

Spain, Italy, Poland, Sweden: Order value > €300

In simple we are paying for " free" shipping, unfortunately with all the raising shipping costs, we are not able to cover other Destinations.

Collection in the shop

Collection is possible and free of charge for all customers who are willing to physically come to the shop.

Choose "Store Pickup" at the checkout.

Fuel Delivery

It is possible to deliver only within European countries. Use the Fuel Delivery option at the checkout!

Fuel is recognized as dangerous goods and can be delivered only with agreed courier.

Orders without the proper shipping option for fuel will be automatically cancelled.

Lipo batteries

Aviation regulations prohibit us from sending Lipo batteries by Air.

The only way to ship is via ground transport. If unsure, please contact us.
