I consider it my duty to testify my experience regarding the transaction I had with the company RC Market. The site is very well structured and knowledgeable. The product range is wide and the prices are low. The response to any question is excellent. Even though I burdened them with the successive questions, they willingly and politely answered me. It is worth noting that the transport GLS with which they work left the best impression on me.

I was a little unsure about ordering from abroad at first but not from the ERCMarket. Prices cannot be beat, and the customer service is unmatched. If you don't mind a short wait, this is the place for all RC needs. Thank you ERCMarket!

im a new customer of eRCm and i have to say this is a great company t do business with. They are one of the best online to respond to email and queries. ive dealt with a lot of online retailers and have to say hand on heart eRCm really set themselves apart. For example i placed quite a large order ( 2 actually ) recently yet forgot to add a small value (10 euro ) item to my basket. only realised after checkout...BUT i emailed Alex to explain and he was able to add the item to my basket, there and then, thereby avoiding me having to place a 3rd order and incur extra delivery charges. try and get that service rom other online retailers...bravo to them. When they state great customer service , they mean it.

I placed an order for an engine part quoting the wrong part number. As soon as I realised I contacted ERCmarket of my mistake. They were very understanding and tried hard to find an equivalent. When it was determined that the correct part was not in stock they carried out an immediate refund at their own cost. I will be more careful next time. Thanks ERCmarket!
