Returns Policy

If you wish to return product(s) purchased via the website, it must be done within 14 days from the day of purchase, in unused and in original, undamaged packaging. Product which was taken out of package, or connected to power will be not subject to return.

The cost of returning the products is the responsibility of the customer. When those conditions are met, a refund will be excecuted. Cost of fees such PayPal or C.card can not be returned (4-5%).

RCMarket reserves the right to refuse returned products, or for only a portion of the amount paid to credit if it is deemed the product(s) are opened, used or damaged by the customer.

Products purchased physically in the shop can not be returned. Right of withdrawal is valid for stock products only and does not valid products which are ordered or pre-ordered in advance. Some brands are only made by order, those can not be refunded.

Please note that returns are not related to faulty products or warranty issues.
