The adjustment method of output voltage/current:

1. Adjust the RV1 potentiometer according to your battery or LED, set the output voltage you need. For example, 10 series of LED voltage adjust 37V.

2. Turn the RV2 potentiometer around 30 times clockwise, and set the the minimum output current, connect the LED, and adjust the RV2 potentiometer to set the current you need.

Note: please do not adjust the current in the short circuit, the circuit structure of the boost module cannot be adjusted in the short circuit.

    SingleBEC is a linear regulator to provide power for a standard servo with a maximum input voltage of 6V. The SingleBEC can also be used to provide power for the control units of helicopters or multi-rotor aircraft.  

    Its great advantage is that it allows the use of standard servos in systems designed for the so-called High-Voltage servos. Due to its dimensions, the SingleBEC is designed even for small airplane models. Its internal filtering improves the quality of the output voltage for the servo.

    The Jeti Max BEC 2 is a linear voltage regulator offering two power inputs for two 2S lithium polymer batteries or 6S NiXX, with a maximum output of 20 amps, a sustained output of 12 amps and a weight of 85 grams. The linear voltage regulation provided by this unit does not contribute to radio interference.

    Max BEC 2 can be supplied either by NiCd/NiMH or Li-Po/LiFe cells. This unit is better suited to 2S Li-Poly cells or 5-6 NiMH cells. The input voltage is indicated by four LEDs. If the input voltage is above 7V, all three green LEDs are ON. While the cells are gradually discharging, particular LEDs go OFF depending on input voltage (lower then 7V, 6.7V, 6.45V).     The Jeti Max BEC 2D Plus EX is the latest linear voltage regulator from Jeti, produced to very high standards in Europe. The Max BEC 2D Plus features a magnetic switch, so there is no mechanical wear-and-tear from switching the unit on and off. The unit also has a large heat-sink to dissipate heat.

    For the first time ever, your models receiver system can be turned ON/OFF with a simple flip of the switch, wirelessly from the Jeti DC/DS transmitters. The R3/RSW receiver fully replaces Jetis Magnetic Switch which is widely used with Jeti Voltage Regulators as well as their Electronic Switches. Simply cut off the existing switch, install a Male JR type connector and plug it to the #3 port of the R3/RSW receiver.

    In addition to its magnetic switch feature, the 2D is programmable using the Jeti Box and is also Duplex 2.4EX compatible, allowing audible alarms to be configured for low input voltage or high-temperature and allowing real-time feedback of input voltage and temperature, as well as output voltage selection, wirelessly from the Jeti Box.

    Redundant inputs are provided for power-supply and the output features an MPX type socket, directly supporting the Duplex R12, R14, R18 receivers and all Duplex EPC receivers.     The device is plugged into a free port on your RX or FBL system and when you power up the device waits, monitors the system set voltage, then arms at that voltage less 0.5V. The device is then armed and monitoring the system voltage and the state of the buffer pack.
    If the buffer pack needs topping up it will do that and balance it from the main packs or RX pack and stop when it gets to a nominal 8.1V. The device samples the system voltage every 2mS and if the system voltage drops below the armed set voltage then the buffer pack steps in if the system voltage recovers it drops out, this is seamless. The device when working can and does indicate locally that its operational and if it is charging or not but this is not able to be seen at distance.
    A separate external high intensity LED can be fitted that shows you are on the buffer pack, this is an option and these can be cascaded if required. The device works across 4.6V to 8V.
    The combo version (the board and buffer pack) are bound together by clear shrink wrap as is the super combo version (inc LED system).
    The total weight is <39g inc LED <35g ex the LED. All parts can be purchased separately. The device can go to storage charge if its not going to be used for some time.

    One new extraordinary feature is the Charge Mode. This means that the Backup Guard II can charge up the Backup Battery, with balancing, while it is operating. Charging rate will be 0.5A. This means you will no longer need to charge the Backup Battery ever again!

    The Backup Guard II is now only the “Power Board” and you can connect your own size of 2s Lipo with JST-XHR Connector.

    The Backup Guard II provides DC 5V with 10Amp Output, which is enough to land the aircraft if the ESC/BEC has some failure.

    The Second-generation of Backup Guard II has 4 LED that will indicate the status.
